So today I finished a year long project that has had a long long string of timing conflicts (sickness, death, end-of-quarter freezes, zombie outbreak, police riot, and alien invasion I believe).
While the Fedora Project has many packages that end up time to time in Red Hat Enterprise Linux... not every package does. And this is where Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux (EPEL) comes in. For many years the main mailing list (epel-devel-list@redhat.com) was housed over on the redhat.com servers (Thank you very much Red Hat), but other mailing lists (epel-releng, epel-announce, and now epel-users) were at lists.fedoraproject.org. Today we were able to move the list over and get it renamed to (epel-devel@lists.fedoraproject.org). The old list address still works for a transition period but all email is archived and shown at lists.fedoraproject.org.
And now I return you to your regularly scheduled programming.
